To support its dealers and their communities who have been impacted by the recent tornado devastation, Mahindra USA has initiated the Mahindra Recovery Assistance Program. First implemented in the Southern States, and this week implemented in Southwest Missouri, the program is focused on deploying Mahindra Tractors that are in dealer inventories to assist in the clean-up of communities affected by the recent tornadoes.
“We express our sincere sympathy and solidarity with our Mahindra family members whose communities have been affected by these tragic events in the South and Missouri,” stated Mahindra USA President Mani Iyer. “We are committed to helping our family members and their communities in bringing positive change from these tragedies.
Mahindra developed the Recovery Assistance Program to provide affected dealers and their communities a strong start to recovery by providing equipment for the clean-up efforts. New Mahindra Tractors from dealer inventories are being deployed to community disaster relief organizations to assist the efforts. The tractors are equipped with front-end loaders and grapple hooks making them ideal for the type of clean-up support needed in the tornado-devastated communities.
