Mahindra USA Introduces the new 35 series
Power, Reliability and Style Make These Tractors Stand Out

Mahindra USA, the leader in affordable, high-quality farm equipment, continues its commitment to provide hard-working, high value tractors in the United States with the announcement of its new 35 Series of tractors. Boasting an impressive 35-40 horsepower range and lift capacity of 2835 to 3090 lbs., the new models will be available nationwide this month. The professional-grade Mahindra 35 Series 4WD tractors are the best value in their class and an ideal combination of power, reliability and style. The series is launching with the 3535 and 4035 models.

“These two workhorses are the perfect machines for everything from basic chores around the farm to landscaping,” said Mike Hilderbrand, Vice President of Marketing for Mahindra USA’s Farm Equipment Sector. “They are not toys or lawn ornaments. These are serious, hard-working compact tractors designed specifically for the North American customer. With all steel construction, over-sized wheels and tires, and heavy duty attachments and implements, these tractors will push more, pull more, and lift more to help our customers cultivate their dreams.”

One of the most exciting features of the Mahindra 35 Series tractors is the new ML 120 Loader, which was specifically designed for this line. It’s skid steer design allows quick change between bucket, bale spear and pallet fork. The curved boom design matches the sleek styling of the tractor and offers better visibility.

The high-displacement, naturally aspirated direct-injection diesel engines are three-cylinder. This provides excellent torque, fuel efficiency and durability. The 35-40 horsepower range offers ample strength and traction for tough jobs. In addition, the engines are ultra-quiet, produce cleaner emissions, and conform to EPA Tier IV norms.

Standard features include a large-capacity engine, heavy-duty transmission, cast-iron chassis with high-lift capacity loader and 3-pt. hitch. In addition, the heavy-duty transmission is easy to operate, featuring shuttle shift and 12 forward and reverse speeds. Constant-running independent PTO and foot-operated differential lock are also standard. The Mahindra 35 Series delivers maximum performance with easy-to-operate levers and pedals.

Mahindra tractors consistently outperform others in their class because of their heavier weight and superior durability, and the 35 Series is no exception. The solid cast-iron chassis provides the tractors with extra traction, stability and control. The heavy-duty front axle is adjustable to allow the operator to adapt to a wide variety of applications, and the exceptional range of axle oscillation helps counter even the most difficult terrain.

Tractor owners are not the only people touting the quality of Mahindra products. In 2007, M&M’s Farm Equipment Sector became the only tractor manufacturing company in the world to receive the coveted Japan Quality Medal for excellence in Total Quality Management, awarded by the Deming Prize Committee care of the Union of Japanese Scientists.
