2005 Mahindra 4500 2WD Tractor
Review by A G Roberts from Date reviewed: 9/8/2009
My tractor has about 650 hrs and never done anything but change oil and filters. I use it for bushhogging and a 6 ft tiller and it handles it with no strain. This is the second Mahindra I have had. The first one was a 3501DI. This 4500 Is so much stronger and better operating than the 3501. Guess I would buy another one when the time comes. I looked out and a few days ago my next door neighbor hsd s 5500 delivered guess mine convinced him to get one.

This tractor has given great service. 0 hours down time. Has been worked with a cutter, box blade, tiller, hay rake, and has a ML260 loader used on it.
The loader can be taken off and put back on in minutes. With no problems.
Fine little tractor

Great tractor, plenty of power, box blade, pasture clipping, post hole digging, pulling logs, disking it doesnt matter great machine would buy again in a heart beat. Liberty tractor does a great job of explaining the tractor features and making sure the customer is happy. I have let one other person on it and they are ready to get a MAHINDRA too..

2004 Mahindra 4500 2WD Tractor
Review by fish_wisperer from Campbell, TX Date reviewed: 4/27/2005
i spent a lot of time shopping for this tractor, my first. the closest dealer to me is 3 miles and they are great but they dont sell mahindra tractors, it would have been very convenient for me to buy from them. i tried to talk myself into it but mahindra just looked more heavy duty and the price was better. i got a 4500 2wd, ml260 fel, 6' mohawk brave shredder, 6' box blade, and a 16' trailer for $17895.00, the competetion wanted that much for just the tractor and loader, speaking of the loader, the ml260 is stronger looking than the others and the subframe look like it belongs on a tank or bulldoser. one more thing the 4500 comes with a set of remote valves, it wasnt standard equitment on the others in the same hp range. i now have 49 hours on it and i am very happy with my choise.
Date Purchased: 3/2005 Purchased: New Pros: very stable with heavy load in front end loader, very heavy 3 point hitch adjustable on both sides, easier to steer than any automobile Cons: need a 20' gooseneck and a 3/4 ton truck to haul it. Rating: ?/5 stars
