About Mahindra® USA Warranties

When you’re shopping for a tractor to add to or start your fleet, it can be useful to look for available warranties during the process. Warranty coverage can provide more peace of mind when you’re making a large investment. Mahindra® USA proudly stands behind our products by offering one of the best warranties in the industry.

Why Do You Need a Warranty?

Investing in something as large as a tractor or utility vehicle can be a stressful decision and warranties offer peace of mind in case something were to go wrong. It’s a safety net that reduces the risk of your investment by providing protection against damage or unexpected problems.

There is always a chance you won’t ever have to use your warranty coverage, but it’s better to have it just in case!

How Long is Our Coverage?

Our warranty coverage is broken down into three options: 3-year limited powertrain, 5-year limited powertrain, and 7-year limited powertrain warranty.

The 3-year warranty covers the following models: Mahindra® utility vehicles.

The 5-year warranty covers the following: 5100, 5500, 6000, 7000, 8000, and 9000 series tractors. The 5-year warranty covers 5 total years since the purchase or up to 3,000 hours of work.

The 7-year warranty covers these models: 4500 series tractors and lower models, such as eMax®, Max®, 1600, 2600, 2600, and 4500. The 3,000 hours of work rule also applies to this coverage.

What Will the 3-Year Warranty Cover?

To take a deep dive into everything this warranty covers, you can read here. A highlight of components that can be covered by the warranty includes tires and wheels, battery, drivetrain, emissions, and more.

What Will the 5-Year Warranty Cover?

Here you’ll find the in-depth policy information for this coverage, but you can expect assistance with components like attachments, powertrain, battery, and tires and wheels.

What Will the 7-Year Warranty Cover?

You’ll receive the same coverage from the 7-year warranty, but with extended time frames for each component. You can find more information here.

Why Do We Offer Coverage?

We understand that your job can be challenging and demanding, which means it’s also demanding on your equipment. Our team stands behind our lineup of tractors and utility vehicles and we want to do everything we can to keep you running!

Sometimes choosing the strongest materials and designing them to be ready for hard work can only do so much; unexpected damage and system failures can happen. Ultimately we provide a warranty because our values lie deeper than our products; we are here to have your back.
